From the day the item arrives with you, you have 14 days to return it to us.

Look we get it, you got to try it on to see if it fits. But don't go wearing it down the pub, cover it in aftershave, spill kebab over it, wash it or tumble dry it and still expect us to refund it because after a week you think actually it's a bit snug.

If you return an item to us in an unacceptable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns window, we won't be able to give you a refund. If we have to send an item back to you because it's in an unacceptable condition, you may be asked to cover the delivery costs. 

This might seem like we're teaching you how to suck eggs but I'm putting this here for the good of my own sanity. So don't come screeching at me when you've ruined it because you washed it using TFR and want a replacement.

• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Gentle cold wash
• Wash and cool iron inside out
• Use mild detergent 
• Wash seperately
• Line dry
