From the day the item arrives with you, you have 14 days to return the item at your own cost. We take no responsibility for lost parcels, so we would recommend using a tracked delivery method. 

Returns must be sent to Dead Badger Clothing Co Ltd, 7 Paul Street, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5LD.

 

Exchange/Refunds

Look we get it, you got to try it on to see if it fits. But don't go wearing it down the pub, cover it in aftershave, spill kebab over it, wash it or tumble dry it and still expect us to exchange it because after a week you think actually it's a bit snug.

If you return an item to us in an unacceptable condition (without original packaging, without tags, worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns window, we won't be able to give you a refund or an exchange. If we have to send an item back to you because it's in an unacceptable condition or outside the return window, you will be asked to cover the delivery costs. If you do not pay these costs, we will keep the item and use it as a hand towel. 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size then please ensure you complete the exchange card (or pop a note in the parcel) with the size required. If this is not in the parcel we will assume a refund is required and process accordingly. If we do not have the requested size available then a refund will be issued. 

We can only exchange for the same colour and product. If you wish to exchange for a different colour or product then a new order must be placed and the original order returned for a refund.

We do not offer exchanges outside of mainland UK.

We aim to process returns/exchanges as soon as possible, however please do allow 7 working days from delivery to us for the return to be processed.
